Shipping policy
Delivery Area
We deliver within Germany as well as to selected EU countries. Shipping is carried out exclusively to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.
Processing and Delivery Time
The processing time for your order is usually 1–3 business days.
The subsequent delivery time is approximately 7–10 business days, unless a different delivery time is specified in the respective product description.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed to the customer during the checkout process before the order is completed.
Shipping Providers
Shipping is carried out via suitable delivery service providers of our choice (e.g. DHL, DPD, Hermes, or GLS).
Partial Deliveries
If a product is temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer. The customer will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result.
Delivery Delays
In exceptional cases, delivery delays may occur due to high demand, logistical bottlenecks, or force majeure. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt for any possible transport damage and report visible damage to the delivery person and to us as soon as possible.
